When will my order be shipped?

Return Policy

If you encounter any issues with your order or the product you received for any reason, you can rest assured that you can easily and quickly reach our support team through any of our available channels to request a return. You may return your product(s) within 14 business days. Our return process is carried out smoothly based on the instructions provided by our support team. If you do not follow these instructions, your return cannot be processed.

You can initiate the return process by logging into your account and accessing the relevant order under “My Return Requests,” or by visiting our “Easy Return” page on the homepage.

Using the return code you receive from the “Easy Return” page, you can ship your package via “Yurtiçi Kargo” under our agreement. The return fee will be refunded to you at a later date. Please note that if you wish to send your exchange or return package via another shipping company, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.

The product’s authenticity, hygiene, and resale value must be preserved. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for products with damaged packaging, opened packaging, used items, damaged items, products with a perfume scent or other detectable odors, or similar conditions.
